Ted Vigil has had quite a successful career in music. At age ten, he was already performing in concert, symphonic, and jazz bands, perfecting his skills as a drummer and singer. His dedication to his craft eventually led him to compete in the Talent Quest 2006, held in Laughlin, NV. After competing with an international group of contestants from 28 states, New Zealand, Australia, and Canada, Ted won the first-place award. Ted is an immense talent who has worked diligently to be where he is now – showcasing his music to worldwide audiences.
Not only has he won Komo TV 4’s NW Afternoon Celebrity Look Alike contest, but he has also been asked to play twice for the Windstar Foundation, founded by legendary singer John Denver. In addition, Ted was selected to cruise the Caribbean with country artists Darryl Worley and Jimmy Wayne on a Travelin’ Inc. Country Cruise hosted by Storme Warren from the Great American Country channel. It is clear that Ted Vigil is making significant strides as a musician, and his accomplishments reflect his ambition and talent.
Ted’s passion for performing landed him a spot on the Kings of Country Tour in Australia in 2016. After his success as a tribute artist, he began showcasing his talents at various venues and events worldwide. He has frequently sold out theatres in the United States and amazed audiences who have been taken aback by his uncanny likeness to John Denver from both an aesthetic and auditory perspective.
