Cash Luther has achieved a remarkable milestone – he has become the only first grader to join the Million Word Club this school year. His teacher, Mrs. Cooney, noted that his desk is always stocked with books and he reads whenever he can. Lana Nix, media specialist at Buford Academy, was thrilled to witness his excitement upon reaching his goal. Cash’s favorite author is Ron Roy, and his favorite book in the series is “The Missing Mummy.”
Cash Luther is a proud member of his family, which includes his 5-year-old brother and two dogs. He loves to play soccer and enjoys building with LEGOs and doing arts and crafts. His inquisitive, creative and inventive spirit motivates and inspires his classmates with his diligent work, respectful behavior and joyful spirit.
Cash Luther has demonstrated the importance of hardworking, dedication and enthusiasm, earning him great recognition and becoming a Reader Spotlight. We are proud of Cash and congratulate him on this fantastic accomplishment!
